The OA Group Standard

How we conduct ourselves matters.

Trust is built through consistent choices, not statements alone.

Integrity in action

Our reputation is shaped by the way we behave when making decisions, serving clients, managing relationships and representing the Group. We expect people across OA Group to act honestly, fairly and responsibly.

That means keeping commitments, communicating truthfully, protecting confidential information and exercising sound judgement when circumstances are complex.

Accountability in practice

Every role carries responsibility. We expect colleagues and leaders to take ownership of their decisions, recognise risk, address mistakes and consider the consequences of their actions.

Accountability also means knowing when to ask for guidance and when an issue should be escalated.

Principles in Practice

Standards that guide our decisions.

Our Code of Conduct provides a common reference for professional behaviour across the Group. It supports a culture in which people understand what is expected and have the confidence to make responsible choices.

We protect confidentiality, respect people, avoid conflicts of interest, comply with applicable requirements and make decisions that preserve trust.

Our Core Standards

Six principles. One standard of conduct.

01

Integrity

Act honestly and transparently, keeping commitments and communicating responsibly.

02

Accountability

Take ownership of decisions, work and the impact our actions have on others.

03

Respect

Treat people fairly, value different perspectives and maintain professional relationships built on trust.

04

Responsible Stewardship

Protect organisational resources, information and relationships, and use them responsibly.

05

Sound Judgement

Consider risk, consequences and long-term value before acting.

06

Speak Up

Ask questions and raise concerns when something appears inconsistent with our standards.

A Culture of Trust

Good conduct is everyone’s responsibility.

Policies matter, but culture is created by behaviour. Leaders must model the standards we set, while every colleague contributes to an environment where responsible conduct is understood, discussed and upheld.

When questions or concerns arise, the right response is to seek guidance, raise the issue appropriately and protect the integrity of the organisation rather than ignore a potential problem.

Do what is right. Take responsibility. Protect the trust placed in OA Group.
